Many people misinterpreted A-Rod when he said that he had been tested 9 or 10 times for performance-enhancing drugs last year. they had thought that he had been tested that many times probably because of how he was hitting last year. He had a batting average of .314, 183 hits and 54 homeruns. All he was trying to say is that they have a very good testing system.
